What information is required for a quote?

The production drawings can be sent in CAD, DXF, STEP, IGES, x_t and other formats, supporting the use of CAD, Solidwork UG ProE and other softwares.

What if the drawing tolerances cannot be guaranteed?

We will confirm the tolerance we can reach with the customer before the quotation.
If the customer agrees to the tolerance adjustment, then we will make a quotation.
If the machining process cannot guarantee the tolerance due to the force majeure technology, we will contact with the customer to discuss the solution in time.

How long does it usually take to get samples?

Depending on your project, delivery is usually 10-20 days or faster.

How to choose the material?

Our company's materials are selected according to the requirements of the customer's drawings.
For example, when the client gives us the drawings, we will confirm the use of standard materials in the industry.

If the customer finds a quality problem after delivery?

We will work with our customers to find out the cause of the problem, and if it is a production quality problem in our factory, we offer free replacement service.

How do customers know the progress of product delivery?

Our engineers update the production status and quantity every day, and email notification to our customers to keep them informed of the daily production progress. Later on, we plan to introduce a management system to better serve our customers.

What is the difference between a central cabinet, a switch cabinet and a ring main unit?

1.Different meanings
1.1 The full name of the center cabinet is armored removable center metal enclosed switchgear. It has three layers of structure, the upper layer is the busbar and instrument room (isolated from each other), the middle layer is the circuit breaker room, and the lower layer is the cable room. Because the circuit breaker is in the middle layer, it is called armored removable center metal enclosed switchgear, or center cabinet for short.
1.2 The commonly known high-voltage switchgear refers to electrical products used for power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and consumption in power systems, such as switching, control or protection. The operating voltage level of high-voltage switchgear is 3.6kV~550kV, including high-voltage disconnectors and earthing switches, high-voltage load switches, high-voltage automatic reclosing and sectionalizers, high-voltage operating mechanisms, high-voltage explosion-proof distribution devices and high-voltage switchgear. (Note that the high-voltage switchgear here is added with the attributive "common name" to avoid contradiction with the strict statement in the previous paragraph)
2. The fixing method is different from the switch nature
2.1 The center cabinet is a trolley-type removable cabinet and uses a circuit breaker.
2.2 High voltage switchgear is a fixed switchgear cabinet body, which adopts load switch. Ring main unit is a fixed switchgear cabinet body.
3. Their respective power distribution functions are different
3.1 The central cabinet is mainly used for high-voltage load protection; such as the KYN28 cabinet commonly referred to as the central cabinet, that is, the trolley-type high-voltage switch cabinet, which is used to protect the rear transformer or other high-voltage loads.
3.2 High-voltage switchgear is mainly used for high-voltage power distribution, dividing one or two high-voltage power supplies into multiple high-voltage power output lines.
4. The structure of the cabinet itself is different
4.1 The upper layer of th
